Using the platform

By accessing or using Stringoutfit, you agree to follow the rules, policies, and operational standards that apply to the marketplace. These terms apply whether you are browsing, creating an account, purchasing products, selling through the platform, posting content, or contacting support.

Stringoutfit may update platform features, policies, workflows, fees, or service conditions from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Accounts, identity, and accuracy

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring the information attached to their account is accurate and current. False identities, misleading business details, fake reviews, or unauthorized access attempts are not allowed.

Stringoutfit may restrict or suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, or non-compliant with verification, security, or policy requirements.

Listings, orders, and payments

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate product details, stock visibility, pricing, fulfillment readiness, and post-order cooperation. Product images, specifications, warranties, and delivery promises must not be misleading or materially incomplete.

When a customer places an order, the transaction is subject to payment confirmation, platform review, stock availability, fraud screening, and seller acceptance where applicable. Stringoutfit may cancel or limit an order if information cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, pricing is clearly mistaken, or platform risk is detected.

  • Displayed prices, offers, and shipping terms can change before checkout is completed.
  • Order confirmation does not always guarantee final acceptance if review or fulfillment issues arise.
  • Refunds and return handling follow the applicable order policy and support review process.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Stringoutfit to commit fraud, distribute malware, interfere with platform operations, scrape protected content, manipulate ratings, post unlawful material, harass others, or bypass marketplace rules. Attempts to misuse coupons, payment flows, seller tools, or review systems are also prohibited.

Stringoutfit may remove content, block access, suspend accounts, cancel benefits, or take other necessary action when prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.

Intellectual property, liability, and support review

Stringoutfit branding, interface design, and platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, resell, or misuse protected material except where the platform expressly permits it.

Stringoutfit works to keep the marketplace reliable, but product fulfillment, seller performance, third-party services, delivery timing, and uninterrupted site availability cannot be guaranteed in every case. Support review is the primary path for order, account, or policy disputes before any further escalation is considered.
