Eligibility and return windows
Most eligible items can be returned within seven days of confirmed delivery, provided the product is unused where required, complete with accessories or tags, and returned in a condition consistent with the claim being made.
Some products may carry different eligibility rules because of hygiene, perishability, customization, safety, software activation, or manufacturer restrictions. Product-specific exceptions shown on the listing or at checkout take precedence over the general return window.
How to request a return
A return request should include the order reference, the reason for return, and any supporting evidence needed to review the issue. Claims involving wrong items, missing parts, damage, or functional defects are easier to resolve when photos are provided immediately after delivery.
After a request is submitted, Stringoutfit and the seller review the case. If the return is approved, the next step may be courier pickup, drop-off guidance, replacement handling, or direct refund processing depending on the product and the seller workflow.

- Keep packaging, invoice material, tags, and included accessories until the review is complete.
- Do not continue using a product after reporting it as defective or damaged unless safety requires otherwise.
Condition requirements
Returned items must match the claim and be sent back with all included components where applicable. Items returned because of a change of mind may be refused if they show signs of use, installation, washing, damage, tampering, or missing packaging and accessories.
If the claim is that the product arrived damaged, wrong, incomplete, or defective, the condition review focuses on verifying the reported issue rather than requiring the product to look unused.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, mobile wallet, or any manual collection step required for cash-based settlements.
Shipping fees, cash handling fees, or service charges may or may not be refundable depending on the reason for return and the policy attached to the order. If the return is caused by seller error, damaged delivery, or a verified mismatch, the refund usually includes the affected amount associated with the failed order.
Non-returnable or restricted items
Certain items may be marked non-returnable or subject to special review. This can include sealed hygiene goods, perishables, intimate or personal care products, digital goods once delivered, customized products, or items damaged by misuse after delivery.
Stringoutfit may deny requests that appear abusive, outside the stated return window, unsupported by evidence where required, or inconsistent with the condition of the returned product.
