Use the order number and the delivery email or account details linked to the purchase on the track order page. Tracking becomes more detailed after the seller confirms dispatch.
Orders can remain in processing while payment is being verified, stock is being confirmed, or the seller is preparing the parcel. Preorder or imported items may take longer than in-stock products.
Check the latest tracking status first. If the parcel appears stuck, is marked delivered in error, or has missed the estimated window significantly, contact support with the order reference and issue summary.
Address changes are usually only possible before dispatch or where the courier allows an update. Once a parcel is in active transit, changes may be limited or unavailable.

Returns, refunds, and product issues
Eligible items can usually be returned within the applicable window, most commonly seven days from delivery. Support may ask for photos, video, or packaging evidence depending on the reason for return.
Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method. The timing depends on the bank, wallet, or payment provider used for the original transaction.
Report the problem as soon as possible and keep the original packaging. Include photos and the order reference so support and the seller can review the claim quickly.

A payment can fail because of provider decline, verification issues, expiry, balance limits, fraud screening, or stock conflicts during final review. If funds were held, the release timing depends on the payment provider.
